What are NHA’s hours?

NHA is open Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 3PM.

What is the student to teacher ratio at NHA?

New Hope Academy, offers a two to one student to teacher ratio. There are typically between three to five students in a class.

What electives does NHA offer?

The electives at NHA include, but are not limited to: Music, Theater, Art, Sculpture, 3D Modeling and Animation, Digital Photography, Video Production, Computer Science, Electronics, Chess, Physical Education and Yoga.

What is NHA’s transportation Policy?

Your child’s school district (or a private company that is hired by the school district) usually provides transportation to and from NHA. However, when a student stays after school, for a club or play practice, transportation must be provided by a: parent, guardian, or another authorized friend or family member. If you are having transportation issues, we suggest contacting your child’s school district.

Does NHA offer student field trips?

Yes, some of our annual trips include a trip to New York City in December, a ski trip to Blue Mountain, an ice skating trip, a rock climbing trip, etc. Individual classes and clubs also go on educational field trips throughout the year.

My student has an IEP

New Hope Academy provides individualized education, not only for students with documented Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), but for all of our students. Each student progresses at his or her own pace, yet collectively they are challenged to stretch beyond their comfort levels and achieve beyond their expectations.

Can a student be enrolled at any point during the school year?

Yes, New Hope Academy offers year-round enrollment.  If you need more information as to how to go about enrolling your child at New Hope Academy, please call one of our main offices in Yardley, PA at 215-493-4200 or in Doylestown, PA at 215-345-9333 during our normal business hours.
