Riiiiiiiinnnnnnnggggg … Went the school bell on New Hope Academy’s production of UP THE DOWN STAIRCASE. 16 student actors, and 5 musicians and tech crew members performed the comedic play in front of an enthusiastic audience made up of parents, family, teachers, friends and NHA alumnae. The classic stage comedy imitated life as it told the story of a young teacher beginning her career in a tough inner city school with challenging resources.
