New Hope Academy proudly presented “Clue: On Stage” on November 19 and 20, 2021 at the Yardley Community Centre in Yardley, PA. The talented cast and crew performed the comedic farce, which tells the story of a most unusual dinner party that evolves into a murder mystery. Based on the classic board game, the play stars the classic characters – Colonel Mustard, Mrs. Peacock, Miss Scarlett, Professor Plum, Mrs. White, and Mr. Green – who are given the classic weapons – the revolver, the rope, the wrench, the lead pipe, the candlestick, and the dagger – and are unwittingly forced to investigate a series of murders. The performances were spectacular, the musical accompaniment was stellar, the set was exquisite, and the technical details were spot-on. The NHA Drama department would like to thank everyone involved in the production, as well as the dedicated family, friends, and faculty who attended the shows and cheered on the cast and crew.
