On September 25, 2026, NHA students and staff took the school’s very first field trip of the school year to the breathtaking BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham in Robbinsville, NJ!!

Organized as part of the yoga curriculum, this immersive experience set an exceptionally high standard for the months ahead! From the initial arrival, the peaceful reflection pool and grand outer courtyards established an atmosphere of quiet reverence and complete awe! Guided through the complex, the group gained insightful historical and spiritual background on the site’s rich cultural heritage.

While the tour guide provided fascinating context, the visual architecture truly stole the show. Standing beneath titan-high ceilings, surrounded by delicate hand-carved Greco-Roman marble and intricate sacred artwork, the staff and students were left completely speechless and inspired. It was a remarkable day of mindfulness, cultural learning, and artistic appreciation.
